The applicant <br />proposes to subdivide an existing single family residential lot into <br />two single family lots. <br /> <br />The site contains three 40 foot wide lots and a 10 foot wide section <br />of an adjoining lot. Originally, the neighborhood was platted for <br />40 foot wide lots.
