DATED MAY 8, 1990, <br />SECTION 2 SUBPARAGRAPH B TO READ "THE COMPANY SHALL CLOSE ON A SALE <br />OF LOT 1 TO MEASURE-TECH ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 31, 1990". <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Brandt Rebelein noted the EQC's efforts in organizing several events <br />in the upcoming months. The events include: distributing <br />information at the Antique Car Run on disposal of automotive waste; <br />seminars with a naturalist; Earth Day celebrations; tropical <br />deforestation speaker; and a Christmas Tree recycling program. <br /> <br />The North Central Cable Commission's negotiations have been <br />comp 1 eted. The City wi 11 be recei vi ng from the cable company the <br />1991 franchise fee in the amount of $58,696.63.
