Dobrzynski <br />3529 - 37th Avenue NE <br />Minneapolis, MN 55421 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Dobrzynski: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to provide you with current information regarding the buffering of the west <br />side of the proposed Brighton Green townhouse development. <br /> <br />I spoke to Mr. Don Jensen of Rottlund Company and he seemed to think the construction of a landscape <br />berm along the west property line was a good idea. However, in order to construct the berm, a portion of <br />the Minnesota Commercial Railroad right-of-way would need to be used. I spoke to Ms. Lois Anderson <br />of the Minnesota Commercial Railroad and she indicated an easement or lease agreement would need to <br />be established to allow for the berm. At this juncture, the railroad and the Rottlund Company need to <br />discuss and agree upon the details of that agreement.
