12. Most likely groundwater monitoring will be needed for six to 9 months after completion
of the dewatering and soil corrections. 24-36 wks

13. Rottlund closes on the site for the last town home building and begins its construction.

This plan was developed primarily by Braun and our attorney, Fredickson and Byron. It was
discussed at our meeting 3/14/95.

Our attorney is working with Rottlund's attorney right now to figure out how to proceed as
outlined above. I believe we have directed Braun to begin work on the first step already so that
we can proceed with this project as soon as possible. The total time needed to complete all the
steps listed above will take 3 to 4 months to reach the point of submitting the application for a
certificate of completion from MPCA. Another 6 to 9 months will be needed to actually receive
the certificate of completion if completion of monitoring will be needed to reach that point.
Based on Braun starting work on the plan 3/27/95 the application for the submission of the
certificate of completion application will occur between 6/19 - 7/17/95 and completion of
monitoring between 1/96 and 6/96

Les, please review this plan and comment on where and when the utility work fits in the
schedule.

Erny please comment on issues of when the plat must be filed, and how best to transfer the
property.

Thanks!

803 Fifth Avenue NW.
