Braun prepares a plan for the dewatering to facilitate soil corrections by Rottlund. 2 wks. <br /> <br />2. Submit the proposed plan to MPCA. Target date: 4/10/95 <br /> <br />3. MPCA reviews the plan and indicates no action letter is possible after completion of the <br />plan and provides a no association letter to the City and Rottlund proceeding with the <br />dewatering and soil corrections. 2-4 wks <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />City sets up system for ancillary dewatering. <br /> <br />2wks <br /> <br />5. City authorizes Rottlund to enter onto the City's property for purposes of completing soil <br />corrections. <br /> <br />6. Initial ancillary dewatering actions. 2-4 wks <br /> <br />7. Rottlund closes on the purchase of the parcels shown in Rottlund's plat for the first 8 <br />buildings. <br /> <br />8. Rottlund corrects soils while dewatering continues. 2-3 wks <br /> <br />9. Ancillary dewatering continues after soil corrections are completed. MPCA provides the <br />City and Rottlund with a no further action letter for soils and groundwater. 2-3 <br />wks <br /> <br />10. Rottlund begins construction of town homes on all but the site which encompasses the <br />Clark property. <br />
