The applicant is requesting the property located on Long Lake <br />Road, south of 14th Avenue NW and 15th Street NW, be subdivided into <br />13 single family lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Williams, to APPROVE FINAL PLAT PL- <br />188, CREEKWOOD ESTATES/MIKE MEZZENGA. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mattila presented the site .plan review for a 24,780 square foot <br />office/warehouse/distribution facility on Lot 2 of Brighton <br />Corporate Park.
