Staff will research the issue. Rock Material Storage <br /> <br />Larson said the Youth Service Bureau is seriously looking into <br />locating their facilities in New Brighton. Childs, Larson, and Tom Youth Service Bureau <br />Baldwin will meet to discuss the issue. <br /> <br />A meeting with the downtown residents will be held on June 28th. Downtown Development <br />Brandt Rebelein noted that the development proposal was presented to <br />the Economic Development Commission (EDC). She noted that the EDC <br />was not comfortable with parts of the current proposal. <br /> <br />Council congratu1 ated Benk~ for bei ng elected Presi dent of the LMC El ect ion <br />League of Minnesota Cities. <br /> <br />The Association of Metropolitan Municipalities will meet at AMM Meeting <br />McGuire's Inn on July 11th at 7:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The City's coffee service noticed the reduction in water sediment in <br />coffee makers at several of his accounts during the past few weeks. Water Sediment <br />Thi s caul d be attri buted to the operati on of the GAC because it <br />coincides with time it went on-line. <br /> <br />The Welsh Companies have purchase some of Trammel Crow's Assets. <br />The property behind Minar Ford is one potential development that <br />they will look at this fall. <br /> <br />Trammel Crow <br />
