The Mayor expressed the continued TIF <br />frustration of the City for proposed changes in the law which make <br />the City's redevelopment efforts nearly impossible. <br /> <br />The Association of Minnesota Municipalities will meet on May 16th. AMM Meeting <br /> <br />The Northern Mayor Association will meet on March 29th.
