A Warranty
Deed was recorded with Ramsey County, but a subdivision, which split
off 11,250 sq. ft. from Parcel B and added to Parcel A, was never
approved by the City nor recorded with Ramsey County.

Presently, Mr. Srnirl is in the process of sell ing his portion of
Parcel B. Upon review by the mortgage company, it was discovered
that Parcel B was never legally split. They then required Mr. Smirl
to obtain City approval.

The proposed minor subdivision would comply with the City's
subdivision and I-I district standards (except for certain existing
setback nonconformities).

There were no comments from the audience.

Motion by Williams, seconded by Larson, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried

Con!,ent Agenda

1990 Tr!?"
Removal Contract
Report 90-53

Purchase of Nursery
Stock For Parks
Report 90-54

Approval of use of
M.S.A.
