One day licenses are not required to <br />provide such documentation. Kelley noted that generally the reports <br />can not be provided until after the event is held. The City may <br />consider denying an application if past infractions have occurred. <br />Kelley said/the City could request a copy of the documents sent to <br />the State after the event is held. <br /> <br />Williams does not object to the purpose of the organization, but <br />because he is unfamiliar with the group, is reluctant to give <br />approva 1 . <br /> <br />Larson also noted he has not heard of this organization which is <br />noteworthy because it is based in New Brighton. <br /> <br />Williams recommends that the license exemption be approved upon the <br />understanding that staff will verify the legitimacy of the <br />organization.
