Consequently, the setback <br />requirements are difficult to apply in this situation, However, it <br />would seem the existing apartment buildings comply with the <br />R-3A setback standards with the exception of the rear setback <br />for all three buildings. The buildings are setback 10 feet off the <br />rear property line (north line) and should be setback 30 feet from <br />that line.
