Currently, the <br />subject site does not contain any enclosed parking, The City's Parking Ordinance requires one parking <br />stall per unit be enclosed. The proposed six and seven stall garages would serve to bring the subject site <br />further into compliance with that requirement. Also, the applicant is proposing to vigorously landscape <br />the existing site and enclose the existing dumpsters. <br /> <br />The above proposed improvements would require the approval of a nonconforming use permit and site <br />plan review approval. <br /> <br />.
