ApprovalofLP-319, ' <br /> <br />II Adopted this 17th day of September, 1996, <br />I <br />I <br />,j <br />ii <br />II <br />il <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96-13 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />An application for NC-l 05 was filed with the City of New Brighton on August 30,1996, <br />The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing <br />on September 17, 1996, and all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to <br />be heard, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The following Type IV nonconformities exist on the property: <br />a.
