Meeting <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Charter Commission has scheduled public hearings <br />in each of the six County Commissioners' districts beginning in <br />October. Brandt will distribute hearing schedules to Councilmembers <br />and staff and encourages their attendance. The Charter's final form <br />will be presented to the voters in the 1991 general election. <br /> <br />There will be a Metropolitan Council Outreach meeting at Grumpy's <br />Cafe on September 29th at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Charter <br />Commission <br /> <br />Met Council Meeting <br /> <br />A Special Council Assessment Meeting will be held on October 3rd at Special As"sessment <br />7: 30 p. m. for the Long Lake Road Upgrading and other assessment Heari ng <br />projects. <br /> <br />Ramsey County has asked the Council to participate in a work session Silver Lake Road <br />to discuss the Silver Lake Road upgrading project. Childs will Upgrading Project <br />coordinate the timing of the work session. <br /> <br />A Council budget work session is tentatively scheduled for October Budget Work Session <br />10th at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Williams commented that the recent Ramsey County League of Local RCLLG Meeting <br />Governments meeting regarding Light Rail Transit was well presented <br />and attended. <br />
