BOX 130067, ROSEVILLE, MN 55113 <br />(612) 631-9495 • (612) 560-4802 .(612) 639-1110 <br />September 16, 1997 <br />Mr. Erny Mattila <br />Senior Planner <br />City of New Brighton <br />New Brighton, MN 55112 <br />Dear Mr. Matilla: <br />I am aware that the State of Minnesota has a statute requiring all <br />Cities, like New Brighton, to take action on a development <br />application within 60 days, so I, and NUTEC Construction are at <br />this time willing to waive that requirement with the City of New <br />Brighton regarding our pending applications (No-LP 327,NC 108,PL <br />236 and VN 315) for the approval of constructing a office building <br />on the property located at County Road D and Cleveland Avenue, New <br />Brighton Mn., referred to as the Tech Pro Office Building. <br />It is understood and agreed however, that by waiving the 60 day <br />statute requirement, NUTEC Construction and Rod Bernu aren't <br />waiving any other rights in connection with the options offered by <br />the City Council for approval of the present request, or modified <br />request, on the pending applications LP 327,NC 108, PL 236 and VN <br />315. <br />I plan to meet with you and Kevan Locke, the Community Development <br />Directors, as per the Councils suggestion, in very near future to <br />discuss the options available for financial assistance from the <br />City (as suggested by the Mayor at the meeting) to purchase the <br />outlot to the west of the subject property. <br />Please call me if you have further suggestions or comments <br />rega 'ng this matter. <br />Re ec fully rs, <br />R d Be nu
