Site Security: Adequate <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />The two proposed additions would comply with the City's Parking and I-3 Limited Industrial district <br />standards. The applicant has complied with all the conditions of approval of the original site plan for the <br />existing building (LP-269). The proposed additions would complete the "Future Expansion" phase of the <br />original site plan. <br />Please note, construction on the first addition is anticipated to begin this fall, however, the second <br />addition may not be constructed for another three to five years. Though it is not required by code, the <br />Planning Commission may want to require the applicant to reapply for site plan review for the second <br />addition prior to it being constructed, to allow for further review of the site improvements and correct <br />any site inadequacies. <br />G: \CD\-97-PC\-97-RPTS\LP-328.
