Mr. Lang said the Legion operates on a 45%-55% <br />ratio, 55% goes to state, the 45% is now being controlled very <br />carefully, w ich makes it hard to provide all the services they <br />previously h d. Williams <br />said people rom various jurisdictions will attend to explain the <br />"whys and werefores" of that proposed legislation.
