<br />Council Proceedings <br />city of New Brighton <br />Bay 14,1974 <br /> <br />1. The house be brought into conformance with State <br />Building Code requirements: <br />2. Existing house on side be removed or demolished wi-thin <br />3 months of the date on which~~e new house becomes <br />ready for occupancy with the stipulation that both <br />houses may not be occupied at the same time and before <br />the issuance of permit to move the home on to the site <br />a demolition permit or moving permit be issued for the <br />existinS house on the site, <br />3. The applicant is required to post an $8,000 bond to cover <br />bringing the new house to code standards to cover <br />demolition or moving of the old structure and to guarantee <br />the satisfactory repaif'of any c{ty property or utility <br />damaged as result of the moving or demolition 'of the <br />structure; <br />4. That the applicant satisfy the city that he has <br />adequate insurance to protect the city and public <br />from any and all damage which might result from the <br />house moving; <br />S.
