The applicant is required to post an $8,000 bond to cover <br />bringing the new house to code standards to cover <br />demolition or moving of the old structure and to guarantee <br />the satisfactory repaif'of any c{ty property or utility <br />damaged as result of the moving or demolition 'of the <br />structure; <br />4. That the applicant satisfy the city that he has <br />adequate insurance to protect the city and public <br />from any and all damage which might result from the <br />house moving; <br />S.
