<br />Coupcil Proceedings <br />, City of New Brighton <br />~ovember 12, 1974. <br /> <br />Elaine Pederson, representing Naegele outdoor <br />Advertising Company, expressed concern regarding <br />Section 14-190 (e). She indicated that a 750 square <br />foot limitation would be acceptable to Naegele. She <br />indicated that their poster sign was approximately <br />250 square feet, but that their painted rotatory sign is <br />14 feet by 49 feet. He <br />noted that the towers were being proposed on properly <br />zoned property and would be permitted unless proved <br />dangerous and detrimental to adjacent property. He <br />noted the F.A.A. minimum flight altitude is 1,000 feet <br />and the tower is proposed at 567 feet. He noted that <br />State Highway Department has a 250 foot tower in the <br />S.E. quadrant of I-694 and 35W.
