Under lB add that sufficient land is available to <br />construct facility for planned enrollment of 290; <br /> <br />2. Section 2 C-3, maximum student housing height be reduced <br />to 2 stories with dormitory one bedroom and two bedroom units <br />permitted: <br /> <br />3. Section 2N be amended by adding requirements that prior <br />to future building permit issuance (except single family homes) <br />a master plan be presented, that such plans specify phasing of <br />the project and that the master plan and the phase be subject <br />to public hearing~ <br /> <br />4. Section 2T be amended to provide for ~ .25 floor-area-ratio. <br />
