The City Attorney stated that a proper quorum was pr~sent. Mr. Wozniak stated' tha t a full Council should be present to iderthe~pplication.He referred to the Council ideration of December 1974 relative to the Seminary, stating that the enrollment information provided at that time was consistent with the current intentions. The Building and Planning Coordinator reviewed the definition of educational buildings as contained in special use permit Seminary 8:39 to a proper 9:40 Tom Campbell stated that a career development center 'was common ,in career'professional graduate schools. stated, each student is required to have career development counseling.
