'i'Jozniak should be <br />answered. He further stated that the special use <br />permit Should be strictly construed by the council <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to continue <br />hearing to the first meeting in July <br />Motion was withdrawn <br /> <br />Mr. Al Frepch,representing Cerny .and Associates, architects <br />for the Seminary, stated he felt the master plan <br />presented met the requirement of special use permit. <br />He stated.he felt the plan was as precise as it could be <br />given the timetable for development. He added that <br />.it would be undesirable for many reasons to place all <br />educationalactivitiestirider one roof. <br /> <br />. Motion by Fisher,', seconded by HLlrdt to waive reading of <br />resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION <br />~ffiKINGAFINDING OF FACT THAT A CAREER DEVELOPMENT <br />CENTER IS AN EDUCATIONAL BUILDING and that such <br />resoiution include the finding that in accordance <br />. wi th ,special. use:p.ermi tSP-58 , "Resolution 1466 ,2C2, <br />a career develop~ent center is an educational building <br />and noting the ,intent of the Council that the definition <br />of educational building' in SP-68 was to have "or" <br />'inserted between the uses specified. <br />3 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br /> <br />Motion by 'Hardt, seconded by Fisher to call special <br />meeting for 7 p.m~,June 17 and to continue hearing on <br />master plan and building permit (LP-3l) united <br />Theological 'Seminary to that date and time <br />3 ayes. - 0 nayes -carried <br /> <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />The City Planner reviewed the planning report and <br />the Planning Commission recommendations <br />Diana Eagon, attorney representing Roger 'i'1ilson, <br />was present. She' stated tha t the architecture' of the <br />building Vlould not be disturbed with the granting <br />of this variance <br />Motion by Hardt,~seconded by Fisher to continue <br />hearing to June 22 at 8:04, and to direct <br />administration to contact the owner of the property <br />to notify him of the. continued hearing and to <br />notify him of the Council's desire to have a s~gn <br />plan consistent with the ordinance presented by him at <br />the continued hearing. <br />3 ayes - Onayes - carried <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1720 <br /> <br />Special <br />Meeting <br />June 17 - <br />7 p.m. <br /> <br />VN-157 <br />9:41 to <br />9:56 <br /> <br />Continue to <br />June 22- <br />8:04 <br />
