'i'Jozniak should be answered. He further stated that the special use permit Should be strictly construed by the council Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to continue hearing to the first meeting in July Motion was withdrawn Mr. Al Frepch,representing Cerny .and Associates, architects for the Seminary, stated he felt the master plan presented met the requirement of special use permit. He stated.he felt the plan was as precise as it could be given the timetable for development. He added that .it would be undesirable for many reasons to place all educationalactivitiestirider one roof. . Motion by Fisher,', seconded by HLlrdt to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION ~ffiKINGAFINDING OF FACT THAT A CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS AN EDUCATIONAL BUILDING and that such resoiution include the finding that in accordance . wi th ,special. use:p.ermi tSP-58 , "Resolution 1466 ,2C2, a career develop~ent center is an educational building and noting the ,intent of the Council that the definition of educational building' in SP-68 was to have "or" 'inserted between the uses specified. 3 ayes- 0 nayes- carried Motion by 'Hardt, seconded by Fisher to call special meeting for 7 p.m~,June 17 and to continue hearing on master plan and building permit (LP-3l) united Theological 'Seminary to that date and time 3 ayes. - 0 nayes -carried Attorney stated hearing was properly called. The City Planner reviewed the planning report and the Planning Commission recommendations Diana Eagon, attorney representing Roger 'i'1ilson, was present.
