He referred to the Council <br />consideration of December 1974 relative to the Seminary, <br />stating that the enrollment information provided at that <br />time was consistent with the current intentions. He stated <br />that a master plan should be precise and that phasing of <br />construction was not covered and that the period of time <br />that the masterplan:was intended to regulate was also not <br />specified. He stated that he did not believe the career <br />development center met the definition of the educational <br />building as contained in the special use permit. <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator reviewed the <br />definition of educational buildings as contained in the <br />special use permit. <br /> <br />Seminary <br />8:39 to <br />a proper 9:40 <br /> <br />""" ,~-~~... <br /> <br />Tom Campbell stated that a career development center <br />was common in career professional graduate schools. He <br />stated each student is required to have career development <br />counseling.
