The <br />City Attorney stated that a proper quorum was pr~scnt. <br />Mr. Wozniak,stated that a full Council should be present to <br />consider the application. He referred to the Council <br />consideration of December 1974 relative to the Seminary, <br />stating that the enrollment information provided at that <br />time was consistent with the current intentions. He stated <br />that a master plan should be precise and that phasing of <br />construction was not covered and that the period of time <br />that the masterplan:was intended to regulate was also not <br />specified. He <br />stated each student is required to have career development <br />counseling. He added that this service located in one <br />building ,was an a~vantage. <br /> <br />Mr. Wozniak stated concern with storm drainage into a <br />line in Driftwood Lane.
