Further, that such plan be reviewed <br />by the Fire Department and City Engheer, and approved by the City <br />Council as part of landscape ana plot plan approval for the proposed <br />construction <br /> <br />The City Council intent in regard to the Master Plan was that <br />it serve as a type of PRD plan for the Seminary Part of the typical <br />PRD is rpcreation facilities and SP-58 requires these to be 'shm.Jn No <br />rpcreational facilities are shown, although the t,~o existing tennis <br />courts are mentioned in the text. The question of whethpr the <br />Seminary should provide recreational facilities for its students <br />and if so, what type of facilities should they be, should bp considered. <br />The Seminary has indicated to the Planning Commission that since <br />they are essentially a commuter compus they have no plans for <br />additional recreational facilities. <br /> <br />In reviewing the Master Plan as a type of PRD plan, we would <br />just note that while a PRD typically covers a period of 1-5 years, the <br />Master Plan is based on a time table approaching 20 years.
