We note <br />that Special Use Permit-58 requires an approval process similar <br />to that required for Planned Residential Developments. At this <br />point in time, it is difficult to adequately envision all of the <br />facilities which will eventually be needed. It is conse~uently <br />impossible for the Semina~v to present a detailed plan showing <br />the configuration of all future buildings, especially in the area <br />of on-campus housing. We have shown specific site locations for <br />all facilities and provided as much descriptive information as <br />is currently available. <br /> <br />We believe these documents are consistent with the requirements <br />of the Special Use Permit.
