BARRY JOHNSON, CITY PLANNER <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />We are transmitting herewith 16 copies of the master plan documents <br />for United Theological Seminarv, which are being submitted to the City <br />for approval in accordance with Special Use Permit SP-58. <br /> <br />In conformance with Article 2, Paragraph N of the Permit, ,the following <br />documents are submitted: <br /> <br />A - Land Use Plan (Drawing No.1, revised t1ay 12, 1976). This is <br />the land use plan approved by the City in December 1974. <br /> <br />B - Site Development Plan (Drawing No.2, revised May 12, 1976). <br />This plan designates specific site areas for each bUilding/land <br />use in the long range development program. <br /> <br />C - Grading and Drainage Plan (Drawing No.3, dated May 12, 1976), <br />showing existing and proposed qrades and the overall drainage <br />pattern. <br /> <br />D - Utilities Plan (Dravling No.4, revised r1ay 12, 1976), shm'Jing <br />the proposed storm se\'1er, sanitary sevIer and water system. <br />Connection points to existing ci~y utilities and invert <br />elevations are given where appropriate. <br /> <br />E - Description of the Plan (verbal, dated May 12, 1976). This <br />text accompanies the drawings and gives detailed information <br />on the facilities to be constructed in each site area. <br /> <br />F - An Ownership Report prepared by Title Insurance Company of <br />r~innesota 1.istin!1 all property owners within 200 feet of the <br />Semi na ry . <br />
