Public Hearing on the Application for an On Sale Liquor License - Our <br />Bar and Grille, 500 5th Avenue NW, # 106. Report No. 07 -016. <br />irector of Public Safety, Bob Jacobson explained that city code requires a public <br />hearing be held when requesting any on -sale liquor license. It was reported that Mr. <br />and Mrs. Allen had complied with all requirements and passed all background <br />checks. <br />Motion by Council Member Burg, seconded by Council Member Doffing to open the <br />Public Hearing. <br />Mayor Larson opened the Public Hearing. <br />John and Becky Allen representing "Our Bar and Grille" gave a short review of the <br />restaurant, describing it as a full service bar and restaurant; open the hours of 11:00 am -1:00 <br />am; with a seating capacity of 170. <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Bauman to close <br />the Public Hearing. <br />t IAyes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br />ayor Larson closed the Public Hearing. <br />10.
