The lowest <br />Ettel & Franz Company of St Paul with a bid of <br />The Company had excellent references. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Gunderman, to AWARD THE BID FOR THE <br />CITY GARAGE RE-ROOFING TO ETTEL AND FRANZ COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$37,699. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion carried. <br /> <br />Erny Mattilla, City Planner, <br />considerations to the Council: <br /> <br />presented the following <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Waive the reading, hold a second reading, and order <br />publication of an ordinance amending the New Brighton <br />zoning ordinance by rezoning certain property within <br />the City of New Brighton from R-1, single family <br />residential to R-3B, multiple family residential. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Waive the reading and adopt the resolution approving <br />preliminary planned residential development (PRD-50), <br />and Preliminary Plat (PL-175) for Harstad Company. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Approve final PRD-50 and final plat PL-175, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Rice Creek Watershed permit approval. <br /> <br />B. Construction of adequate off-street parking on the <br />proposed park area, per Park Board and City Council <br />approval. <br /> <br />C. Construction of a public street between Black Oak <br />Drive and 27th Avenue NW during the development <br />of Phase II. <br /> <br />4. Approve LP-233 subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />A.
