<br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERl-1IT <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF lIDl BRIGHTON <br />RAHSEY ComITY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />June 5, 1975 <br />To the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, hereby apply for a special use permit to use the <br />following described property. <br /> <br />Lots 2 through 5, Lots 26 and 29, and the South Half of Lots 1 <br />and 30, Block 9, First Addition to New Brighton, together with <br />the vacated alley lying northerly -of the easterly extension of the <br />south line of said Lot 26 and lying southerly of the easterly ex- <br />tension of the north line of the South Half of said Lot 30, and <br />that part of vacated 4th Avenue N.W. lying northerly of the easterly <br />extension of the south line of said Lot 5, and lying southerly of <br />the easterly extension of the northerly line of the South Half of <br />said Lot 1. Also the westerly 300 feet of that part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 30, Range <br />23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the plat of First <br />Addition to New Brighton and lying northerly of the extension easterly <br />of the south line of said Lot 5.
