Also the westerly 300 feet of that part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 30, Range <br />23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the plat of First <br />Addition to New Brighton and lying northerly of the extension easterly <br />of the south line of said Lot 5.
