The property is uniquely situated between Gordon Rendering, <br />1-354, l~th St. and the railroad tracks; <br />1. The principal structures are situated approximately 350 <br />feet from l~th St NE; <br />10 l~th St. deadends,near the northeast corner of the site and <br />does'not serve parties to the east: <br />5. The topography of the site is such that screening is <br />effectively provi,ded from 111,th St. <br />
