CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION CERTIFYING ELECTION <br />OFFICIALS FOR PRIMARY ELECTION. <br /> <br />3. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF REPLACEMENT OF MAINTENANCE <br />BUILDING GARAGE DOORS. <br /> <br />4. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS FOR REROOFING OF CITY GARAGE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Kevin Locke, Director, Community Development, presented the <br />development agreement with Midwest Bolt and Supply. Midwest is <br />proposing to build a 10,000 square foot, $400,000 industrial <br />building on the South portion of the Robinson Coach Parcel. <br />Midwest will purchase the parcel from the City for $90,000, and <br />construction will start August, 1989, and will be completed by <br />December, 1989. <br /> <br />Brandt asked if the brokerage fee will be paid by the City, Locke <br />commented that it would be, but it is more a procedural fee that <br />is included in the land payment amount. <br /> <br />Mr. Locke added this agreement is closely related to the Robinson <br />Coach Agreement and Initiation of Tax Increment District #16. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Williams, to APPROVE THE <br />CONSIDERATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST BOLT AND <br />SUPPLY, INC. <br /> <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Mr Locke presented the purchase agreement for the sale of Robinson <br />Coach Property. Following are two changes in the purchase <br />agreement between the City and Midwest Bolt before purchase takes <br />place: <br /> <br />1.
