It was also indicated in that March 10 <br />letter that because there were Type IV non-conformities and <br />because the building has been vacant for six or more months, <br />any resumption of use shall be allowed only upon permission <br />of the City CounciL I am enclosing for your review a copy <br />of the Zoning Code regulations pertaining to non-conforming uses. <br />Particular attention should be given to Section 3-60 Requlations <br />as to Type IV Non-Conformities. <br /> <br />As indicated, the procedure for obtaining Council approval <br />is the same as the variance procedures. Basically, the variance <br />procedure calls for review by the Planning Commission Board of <br />Review, a public hearing before the City Council, and decision <br />by City Council. To be placed on the next Board of Review agenda, <br />all required materials must be received in our office no later <br />than noon on April 14, 1976.
