Mayor Bromander presented plaques of appreciation to each member for past services. Unfinished Business The Building and Planning Coordinator rev~ewed the planning discussion on the additional information that had been submitted by the applicant Action on tabled motion - tlMotion by Fisher, seconded by Bromander to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION MAKING FINDING OF FACT DENYING PRELIMINARY PLAT PL-100" o ayes - 5 nayes - resolution failed Councilman Fisher stated,for the record that the above resolution was not appropriate for consideration at this time because of the additional information submitted by the applicant and because of the additional consideration by the Council. Motion by Bromander, seconded by Fisher to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT, DENYING PRELIMINARY PLAT PL-IOO AND STATING REASONS FO~ SUCH DENIAL 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Fisher, seconded by Eagon to waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution entitled RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT, DENYING APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT SP-6S AND STATING REASONS FOR DENIAL.
