<br />Stockmans Restaurant <br /> <br />-?- <br /> <br />six to eight feet and will make it much more obstrusive in terms <br />of its visual relationship with the residential areas. By keeping <br />it on the east part of the site, the building is kept at a much <br />lower elevation. We do not expect the parking lot and the cars <br />in it to create a problem for the residential area as the major <br />part of the parking lot is at a lower level than adjacent streets <br />and is also ringed by a buffering strip of arborvitae. Both of <br />these factors will tend to screen the adjacent area from car lights. <br />Part of the residents' concern seem to relate to the possibility <br />of future driveway access on 26th Avenue because of the presence <br />of the parking lot on that side.
