The excavation and fill proceed according to <br />~ the delineated stages and conform in all <br />respects to the grading plan presented, signed <br />and dated April 13, 1976. <br /> <br />0. <br /> <br />That each ,individual stage be started and completed <br />by the end of each working season. (A completed <br />stage shall mean that the disturbed area be filled <br />to the elevations indicated on the plan, covered <br />with topsoil and seeded.) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />3.
