It was noted that there was no drainage system per se except for storm sewers on County Road E2. Notion by Hardt, seconded by Senden to close hearing 5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to approve SP-68 a special use permit to excavate, E-Z Mini Storage property subject to the following conditions: 1. The excavation and fill proceed according to ~ the delineated stages and conform in all respects to the grading plan presented, signed and dated April 13, 1976. 0. That each ,individual stage be started and completed by the end of each working season. (A completed stage shall mean that the disturbed area be filled to the elevations indicated on the plan, covered with topsoil and seeded.) ~ 3. That all non-earth materials be covered and not exposed over weekends and holidays. ~....,....-- -- 4. That disturbed areas be covered with at least 4" of topsoil and seeded "'lith a mixture of Kentucky Bluegrass (15 Ibs/acre), Creeping Red Fescue (10 Ibs/acre), and Perennial Ryegrass (3 Ibs/acre) or equivalent approved by the Building Inspector. -- 5. That all.fill materials be subject to all provisions of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances including Section 875. 6. That suitable precautions, meeting the Building Inspector's approval, be taken to insure that damage is not done to existing structures. ~ 7.
