Mr. N91an responded he did not know and it would somewhat depend on how quickly the excavated materials could be marketed. Mrs. Bourquim'questioned drainage on the property. It was noted that there was no drainage system per se except fo.r storm sewers on County Road E2. The excavation and fill proceed according - the delineated stages and conform in all respects to the grading plan presented, signed . and dated Aprill3, 1976. 2. That each ,individual stage by the end of each working season. (A completed stage shall mean that the disturbed area be filled to the elevations indicated on the plan, covered with topsoil and seeded.) That all non-ear~1 materials be covered and not exposed over weekends and holidays. 4. That disturbed areas be covered with at least 4" of topsoil and seeded with a mixture of Kentucky Bluegrass (15 lbs/acre), Creeping Red Fescue (10 lbs/acre), and Perennial Ryegrass (3 lbs/acre) or equivalent approved by the Building Inspector. That alT.fill materials be subject to all provisions of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances including Section 875. 6. ,- That suitable precautions, meeting the Building Inspector's approval; be taken to insure that damage is not done to existing structures. That there be no filling of or disturbance to area located at the 889' level in the corner of the site.
