The excavation and fill proceed according <br />- <br />the delineated stages and conform in all <br />respects to the grading plan presented, signed <br />. and dated Aprill3, 1976. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That each ,individual stage <br />by the end of each working season. (A completed <br />stage shall mean that the disturbed area be filled <br />to the elevations indicated on the plan, covered <br />with topsoil and seeded.) <br /> <br />That all non-ear~1 materials be covered and <br />not exposed over weekends and holidays. <br /> <br />4. That disturbed areas be covered with at least <br />4" of topsoil and seeded with a mixture of <br />Kentucky Bluegrass (15 lbs/acre), Creeping Red <br />Fescue (10 lbs/acre), and Perennial Ryegrass <br />(3 lbs/acre) or equivalent approved by the <br />Building Inspector. <br /> <br /> <br />That alT.fill materials be subject to all <br />provisions of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances <br />including Section 875. <br /> <br />6. <br />,- <br /> <br />That suitable precautions, meeting the Building <br />Inspector's approval; be taken to insure that <br />damage is not done to existing structures. <br /> <br />That there be no filling of or disturbance to <br />area located at the 889' level in the <br />corner of the site. <br />
