<br />SECTION 875:30 <br /> <br />time of commencement andcbmpletion and proposed route for <br />hauling of material. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. "Permit Fee" The application shall be accompanied <br />by a fee of $25.00 if the area to be excavated, filled or <br />reclaimed is less than 12,000 square feet and a fee of $100.00 <br />if the area to be excavated, filled or reclaimed is more than <br />12,000 square feet. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. "Plan R~quired" The application shall be <br />accompanied by a plan showing the existing conditions and <br />topography of the land and the proposed completed topography. <br />If the area to be excavated, filled or reclaimed is greater than <br />12,000 square feet, such plan must be prepared by a registered <br />professional engineer. <br /> <br />SECTION 875:30 Standard~ of Performance. Upon r~c:s:ipt of <br />an application, the Building Inspector shall examine the saine in <br />light of the health, safety and general welfare of the inhabitants <br />of the Village, and any permit thereafter issued by the Building <br />Inspector shall, include as a condition thereof. a finished grade <br />plan which will not adversely affect the adjacent land. Permits <br />shall designate the type of fill or extracted material permitted, <br />plans for rodent control, plans for fire control, and a designation <br />of the manner in which the site and adjacent area are to be <br />maintained during the operations. The permit shall further make <br />provision for control of material dispersed by wind and water, or <br />from hauling of material to or from the site. The specification <br />of the permit as to general maintenance of the site during the <br />. operation shall include provisions for systematic leveling and <br />'~landscaping of the site. Land brought to grade by fill of non- <br />earth material ~hall be covered with clean earth. Areas of <br />exposed non-earth fill shall at any given time be kept minimal. <br />All non-earth materials shall be non-combustible, and in no case <br />shall garbage or other combustible materials be used as fill <br />unless approved by the Village Council as a private or public <br />dumping ground. Landscaping by systematic planting of the <br />excavated, filled, or reclaimed portion of the site with cover <br />crops shall be required. '. <br /> <br />SECTION 875:40 Council Action, Bond, Ftc. The right is <br />reserved to the Village Council to revoke any permit granted <br />hereunder for violation of the conditions/of such permit, and <br />upon such an order from the Council, any further work on the site <br />thereafter shall be deemed a violation of th~s Chapter. The <br />Building Inspector shall have the right to order any positive act <br />to be done in connection with the work so as to conform the same <br />
