<br />City Council will meet on Tuesday. March 23. 1976 at
<br />8:15 o'clock p,m, at the New Brighton City Hall. New
<br />, Brighton. Minnesota to consider: granting of a special
<br />permit to allow the extraction and removal Of Instable
<br />material and replacement with suitable fill material on
