<br />Attorney stated hearing was properly continued <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Senden to receive letter <br />from Hark Clark <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />The city planner presented the planning report <br />and Planning commission recommendation. <br />Councilman ~erdouschegg osked whether the proposed <br />plan was in conformance VJi th the sign ordinance. <br />The Planner reviewed the general intent of the ordinance <br />and the particular provisions of areas of multiple <br />occupancy with individual ano shared entrunces. <br />Councilman Fisher asked how this ordinance provision had <br />been applied to other properties. <br />The Planner noted that it had been applied to two other <br />properites, 7-Eleven complex and the Brighton village <br />Shopping Center. In those developments one ground <br />identification sign identifying the building and one sign for <br />each business had been allowed. <br />Councilman Fisher asked whether there \vere alternate <br />methods of signing the property which would be commensurate <br />with the district design standards.
