Councilman Fisher pointed out <br />that no renewal areas had been designateda <br /> <br />SP-69 <br />Clark <br /> <br />Motion by Hardt, seconded by Werdouschegg to continue <br />hearing to May 11 at 8:03 p.m. and to request that the <br />applicant prepare an overall sign plan for the property. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Continue to <br />May 11 - <br />8:03 <br /> <br />various Councilmembers noted that they would like to <br />see the following information at the continued hearing <br />on May 11: <br />I. Proof of hardship and uniqueness of design. <br /> <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called. <br />The City Planner reviewed his report and <br />Planning Commission recommendations. <br />councilman Werdouschegg stated that the question <br />of an amusement center was under consideration by <br />the council and any actions should be delayed until <br />a decision was made in that regard.
