The landscaping along I-694 and I-35W be restored <br />so as to comply with. the previously approved landscape plan <br />for the property except.that the dead pines be replaced <br />with Russian Olives; <br />2. That~he landscaping in the <br />Old Highway 8 southof,the driveway <br />approximately 50 shrubs in addition <br />the applicant's landscaping plan; <br />3. That parking for sale of trailers along Old Highway 8 <br />be 40 feet back from the property line and directly <br />adjacent to the curbed area; <br />4. That parking be allowed on the side property line <br />adjacent to 1-694 and 1-35W with a se.cond row permitted <br />adjacent to the parking area'and with.provisions for <br />25 parking' spaces '. for trailers and a 40-foot aisle <br />between the two rows;, <br />5. That custoroerparkings be on the south side of <br />officei <br />6. That employee parking be in back of the office and <br />the shop; <br />7.
