The Council may also want to <br />consider. rElquiring stack tests on a regular basis to see if all <br />pollution cbntrolregulations are being met. This maybe Of <br />particul.ar help in reviewing the coming Offensive Trade License <br />r.enewalapplication if a test can be done before that time. If <br />the Council does not feel that such a test should be required at <br />thistime,tests of this nature could be considered as part of <br />the Offensive Trades License application process. This would <br />enable the Council to require such tests of the Gordon Rendering <br />Plant as well. <br /> <br />It is the feeling of the City Sanitarian thatteseson a <br />semi-annual basis would be sufficient.
