The building is owned by <br />the Clark Trust, Mith Mr. Clark's grandmother being the executor <br />of that Trust. The tenants of the bu:ilding include Clark Pharmacy, <br />Mid-America Lines, Brighton Cle~ners, Dr. Spencer, and three <br />residences. <br /> <br />Accoroing to Section 14-200 (c.3) su~h a building is treated as an <br />farea ot' special control, in accordanc~ with the procedures in Section <br />14-180. Paragraphc of this latter section requires an overa~l sign <br /> <br /> <br />
