ULLEVIG <br /> <br />ASSOCIATE <br /> <br />EDUCATION <br /> <br />B.C.E. with Distinction, University of Minnesota, 1967 <br />M.S.C.E. in Transportation) University of Minnesota) 1969 <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Ullevig has been a transportation analyst with BRW since <br />1968. He has been responsible for transportation planning, <br />traffic engineering, transit planning and traffic impact studies. <br />More specifically, he has been responsible for air quality and' <br />noise analysis on transportation and planning projects. Many <br />projects have involved extensive use of statistical analysis and <br />computer applications. Mr. Ullevig completed a brief, but <br />important element of the 1-35W Urban Corridor Demonstration <br />Project) the determination of the sample sizes and statistical <br />analyses for each of Phase II and Phase III data collection <br />studies. <br /> <br />Major projects managed by Mr. Ullevig include: a comprehensive <br />transportation planning study for a small urban area (60,000 <br />population); a traffic operation study for suburban Twin Cities <br />county; two transit planning projects for suburban Twin Cities <br />counties; and an airport access study for Wold-Chamberlain. He <br />has conducted air quality analyses for a large multi-use <br />development, a major employment center, and for a highway <br />project.
