Company had
been continued to the September 27th Council meeting at which
time the consultants report is to be received.

SP-78. R.C.E. CORPORATION

The City Planner reviewed his comments, noting that there was
still some missing information in regard to a complete sign plan.
The Planner also noted that Planning commission rules of procedure
state that an application such as this must be transmitted on or
before the second meeting at which the Planning Commission considers
the application. The Planner further noted that to make a
recommendation to approve requires 4 affirmative votes on the
Planning Commission.

Mr. Richard Ernst, R.C.E. Corporation, was present to answer
questions.

Commissioner Wickland suggested that the appropriate action may
be to pass this item to the Council without recommendation but to
~ pass along comments regarding the sign plan.

Commissioner Medved stated that he felt the anchor tenants should
receive special treatment in their signing.
