MINNESOTA TRANSFER RAILWAY PROPERTY <br /> <br />The.City Planner reviewed the dev~lopments regarding the Railway <br />property notihg that it appeared that a pre'liminary plat ana <br />building permit would be submitted in the near future for this <br />property. The Planner further noted that the major issues would <br />appear to be the location of a road into the property and the <br />variances necessary for the construction of the proposed warehouse. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Ahlmann, representing Geo. Jackson & Associates, was present <br />to discuss the mattero <br /> <br />The Board of Review and Mr. Ahmann discussed the development of <br />the property and the steps necessary. There was no action taken <br />as this was a concept discussion. <br /> <br />PL-107. BRENTNOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />The city Planner reviewed the recent developments concerning the <br />preliminary plat and noted that the Council had referred this <br />back to the Planning Commission to review the tentative conditions <br />for plat approval regarding the outlot and the problem with Lot 15, <br />Block 2, and the gas line easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Wickland, seconded by Medved, that the Board of Review <br />concurrs in the platting through of the outlot and further that <br />the Board of Review recommends that the proposed road, Brentwood <br />Court, be shifted to the north to enable the home on Lot 15, <br />Block 2, to be located north of the gas line easement. <br /> <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Motion by Medved, seconded by Doyle, to adjourn at 11:38 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />James F.
