That such ground sign shall not exceed sixty-four (64) <br />square feet in area nor 20 feet in height, and shall have <br />a minimum setback of ten (10) feet from Silver Lake Road and <br />Mississippi Street1 <br /> <br />4. That no wall signs or window signs shall be allowed1 <br /> <br />5. That wall directories within the building entrances shall <br />be allowed1 <br /> <br />6. That the entrance doors may contain tenant name so long as <br />the door signs do not cover more than 25% of the door area <br />nor may lettering exceed 3 inches in height1 <br /> <br />7.
