<br />-2- <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for SP-79 <br />is and hereby approved subject to the following: <br /> <br /> <br />1. ,That no more than one (I} ground sign shall be <br />permitted on the property; <br /> <br />2. That the ground sign contain tenant names only; <br /> <br />3. That such ground sign shall not exceed sixty-four <br />(64) square feet in area nor 20 feet in height, and <br />shall have a minimum setback of ten (10) feet from <br />Silver Lake Road and Mississippi Street; <br /> <br />4. That no wall signs or window signs shall be allowed; <br /> <br />5. That wall directories within the building entrances <br />shall be allowed; <br /> <br />6. That the entrance doors may contain tenant names so <br />long as the door signs do not cover more than 25% <br />of the door area nor may lettering exceed 3 inches <br />in height; <br /> <br />7.
