This <br />sign meets your ordinance in all respects, except that we <br />request permission to list all businesses in the building <br />rather than merely giving the building a name. Because of <br />the basic residential appearance of the building, we are <br />requesting one large sign out on the street rather than putting <br />any signs on the building itself. We feel that signs on the <br />building would detract from its attractive appearance and that <br />a sign on the street would adequately tell people where we are. <br /> <br />I am enclosing a sketch of the sign itself and the location <br />on the property.
