This
sign meets your ordinance in all respects, except that we
request permission to list all businesses in the building
rather than merely giving the building a name. Because of
the basic residential appearance of the building, we are
requesting one large sign out on the street rather than putting
any signs on the building itself. We feel that signs on the
building would detract from its attractive appearance and that
a sign on the street would adequately tell people where we are.

I am enclosing a sketch of the sign itself and the location
on the property. The abstracter's certificate, I believe, was
delivered to you before we got the building permit.

Thank you for your consideration.

Very truly yours,

%c::~.{ y. y~~
Keith T.
