Page 3
August 3, 1978

The proposed improvements are in keeping with the intent of the
ordinance section. Everything that is seemingly practical is
being done. The non-conformity regarding building setback could
only be eliminated by acquiring additional property. The number
of parking spaces is not to be increased as only 17 spaces would
be provided. The ordinance would require that 135 spaces be
provided, based on 1 space for each ISO sq. ft. of gross floor
area. An increase in the number of spaces would not seem to be
warranted in light of the current and anticipated number of
employees.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that NC-32 be approved by waiving the reading and
adopting the attached resolution.

BUILDING PERMIT. LP-68

The facts in regard to the proposed building expansion are as follows:

Size of Lot: S2,942 sq. ft.

Size of Structure:

Existing Building - 14,680 sq. ft.
Addition S.700 sq. ft.

20.380 sq. ft.

Total

Exterior Treatment: Brick

parkinq Spaces provided: 17

. "
The proposed addition meets all code requirements except as noted in
the application for SP-82 and NC-32.
