The non-conformity regarding building setback could <br />only be eliminated by acquiring additional property. The number <br />of parking spaces is not to be increased as only 17 spaces would <br />be provided. The ordinance would require that 135 spaces be <br />provided, based on 1 space for each ISO sq. ft. of gross floor <br />area. An increase in the number of spaces would not seem to be <br />warranted in light of the current and anticipated number of <br />employees. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that NC-32 be approved by waiving the reading and <br />adopting the attached resolution. <br /> <br />BUILDING PERMIT. " <br />The proposed addition meets all code requirements except as noted in <br />the application for SP-82 and NC-32. <br />
